Being charged is a serious matter in the legal system. It doesn't automatically mean you're going to spend time in jail, does indictment mean jail time though. An indictment is essentially a formal accusation issued by a grand jury. This means that there's enough evidence to potentially support your responsibility for the alleged wrongdoings. The
